I get asked a lot of questions about all of our programs. This is understandable, as it can seem like a daunting task for a new laboratory to get the accreditation process started. You may have noticed that our program has undergone quite a few changes over the last year. Ah the dreaded customer feedback request. I mean, do they even do anything with that information? Or at least they should.
